Opposites Interactive Book #2
This Basic Concepts Interactive Book is a great way to teach qualitative concepts and descriptive terms through opposite pairs in an adorable kid theme!
Even though this book was created to target opposites, it is also great for targeting other early language skills, such as sentence structure, WH questions, pronouns, possessives & many other receptive and expressive language skills!
This book is interactive in a very unique way – it does not require any laminating, cutting, or Velcro. An original coloring page is included with the book. Give this page to your student(s) before reading the book. The students choose which concept they want to color from each page in the book, locate it on this page, and color.
What are SLPs saying?

“In early childhood basic concepts are a big target area but also a tough area to find effective straight forward materials. I am so excited to use this product to teach these concepts!” -Lee L.
There are 9 content pages in both color and black and white, a coloring page, and a data sheet to aid in tracking concepts learned and those still needing to be mastered. The black and white version of the book that is included is perfect for sending home for extra practice.
Print out the product. Tape the cover to the front of a 3-prong folder (optional). Place the nine content pages in page protectors and insert into the folder prongs. Make several copies of the coloring page and data sheet and place in the front and back pockets of the folder for easy access. Print out enough coloring pages to cover several group sessions to cut WAY down on your planning and prep time.
